The main production of Artide ltd. is cotton cellulose. It is manufactured in full accordance with the corresponding Russian federal standard — GOST 595-79 (Cellulose. Technical Conditions).

Cellulose is made from lint cotton, which is treated with technical soda and bleached by hydrogen peroxide and drying.

The plant of Artide ltd. produces bleached cotton cellulose sheets.

Cellulose is used in paper, chemical and other industries.

In chemical industry the cotton cellulose is used for the production of:

• Food blocks (casing material for sausages, hot dogs and other meat products)
• Ethers and concentrates (thickeners) (low-fat diary products, cosmetics, pharmaceutics, construction materials etc.)
• Viscose products (lining cloth, tire and hose strengthening component)
• Acetate products (LCD-screens, high-quality plastic materials, photographic film, synthetic fiber)

In paper industry the cotton cellulose is used for the production of:

Artide ltd. manufactures cotton cellulose from lint cotton, which fully conforms to the manufacturing standard GOST 3818.0-72.

There are several brands of cotton cellulose (according to its viscosity characteristics): 15, 25, 35, 70, 100, 250, 350, 650.

The manufacturing facilities installed at the plant of Artide ltd., are made by a well-known Italian company Corsini. The plant is able to produce different brands of cotton cellulose. Manufacturing facilities are very flexible and allow to make prompt changes in order to satisfy customer preferences.

The production capacity of the plant amounts to 15,000 tons of cotton cellulose per year.
